The participating projects have innovative and commercialization potential, and the proposed results, products or technologies comply with national laws, regulations and industrial policies, and there are no intellectual property disputes.Those with large project development space, good market benefits, and high industry recognition can be given priority.

Participants should promise that the information provided is true and accurate, and the technical knowledge and property rights involved in the project are clear.The consequences caused by false information or intellectual property disputes shall be borne by the entrants themselves.The organizing committee of the competition has the right to conduct the necessary verification of the authenticity of the participating materials.

Players with the title of associate professor and above, as well as senior management positions in the world's top 500 companies, can directly enter the finals.

Applicants should have experience in project operations or entrepreneurship, with a spirit of innovation and skills in turning ideas into results, exploring markets, and managing teams. Those who have successfully started a company will be given priority.

Participants should hold a doctoral degree. In principle, the project leader should be no older than 45 years of age (i.e., born on or after January 1, 1981).

For outstanding individuals who have made significant achievements or special contributions in relevant fields, the age and education requirements may be relaxed as appropriate.
